Sales Executive – Merchant Acquisition

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Executive – Merchant Acquisition (POS) based in Dubai. The Sales Executive will be responsible for identifying and acquiring new merchant partners for Extra Miles' point-of-sale system. Responsibilities include developing and maintaining strong relationships with merchants, negotiating contracts, conducting sales presentations, and achieving acquisition targets. The role also involves providing support to merchants, ensuring smooth integration with POS systems, and gathering feedback to continuously improve services.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in sales, business development, or merchant acquisition
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain professional relationships
  • Experience in negotiation and closing sales deals
  • Knowledge of POS systems and awareness of the retail/merchant services sector is a plus
  • Effective organizational, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
  • Proficiency in conducting market research and identifying business opportunities
  • A bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
  • Familiarity with the UAE

Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: AED4,500.00 - AED6,000.00 per month
