Sales Executive- Mobiles

We are looking for a dynamic and customer-oriented Mobile Sales Executive to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for assisting customers, promoting mobile phones and accessories, and achieving sales targets while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Welcome customers and understand their mobile phone needs.
• Demonstrate smartphone features, specifications, and available offers.
• Recommend suitable mobile models and accessories based on customer requirements.
• Achieve daily and monthly sales targets.
• Process billing, handle payments, and maintain accurate records.
• Provide after-sales support and resolve customer queries.
• Keep updated with new mobile launches, specifications, and market trends.
• Ensure proper product display and stock availability.
• Promote add-on products such as accessories, screen protections, and warranties.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Good communication and customer-handling skills.
• Basic knowledge of smartphones, mobile brands, and features.
• Ability to persuade customers and close sales.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Basic computer skills for billing and data entry.
• Previous experience in mobile sales (preferred)

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
