We are looking for a dedicated Sales Executive to manage existing customer relationships, follow up on quotations, identify new business opportunities, and visit clients. The role also involves attending industry exhibitions to represent the company and build valuable connections. The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, and has excellent communication skills.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing specialization, or a related field.
- Proven experience in customer relations, sales support, or business development.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- Willingness to travel occasionally for client visits and exhibitions.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM tools.
- Freshers are welcome
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement regional sales strategies to meet business goals and objectives.
- Build and maintain relationships with key clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Identify new business opportunities and generate leads to drive growth in the pharmaceutical machinery sector.
- Manage the entire sales cycle, from lead generation to closing deals, including technical presentations and contract negotiations.
- Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, production, technical) to ensure customer needs are met.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to stay updated on industry trends and opportunities.
- Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and budgets to senior management.
- Attend industry events, exhibitions, and conferences to promote the company’s product portfolio.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, MBA in Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in sales within the pharmaceutical machinery industry.
- Proven experience managing sales teams and achieving targets.
- Strong knowledge of pharmaceutical machinery, equipment, and solutions.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently, with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Willingness to travel extensively across the South and North regions.

Pay: ₹28,000.00 - ₹33,000.00 per month
