Job Title: Sales Executive – Outbound Sales

About the Role:
Worood Intraflora LLC is seeking an experienced Sales Executive – Outbound Sales to drive business growth in the luxury floral and event design sector. The role focuses on generating new leads, building client relationships, and ensuring a seamless experience for high-end clients across the UAE.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement outbound sales strategies to achieve sales targets.
  • Identify, approach, and secure new business opportunities.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients.
  • Prepare customized proposals, quotations, and sales presentations.
  • Coordinate with design and operations teams to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Maintain accurate sales reports, client databases, and forecasts.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 4 years of outbound sales experience in the UAE (luxury, floral, events, preferred).
  • Proven track record in achieving and exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Excellent organizational and coordination abilities.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
  • Arabic language skills are a plus.
  • Candidates on own visa/spouse/family visa preferred.
  • Immediate availability to join and attend interviews within 2 days.
  • Must be currently based in the UAE.
  • Immediate joining required.

salary package:
Competitive salary package based on experience and qualifications.
