Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Outdoor Sales Executive to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for visiting the market, meeting business owners, and onboarding clients for our digital marketing and online directory services.

Key Responsibilities

• Actively visit markets and approach retail businesses, shops, and SMBs to present our services.
• Generate new leads and convert them into clients for digital marketing, SEO, and social media promotion packages.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure repeat business and referrals.
• Achieve monthly sales targets and report daily activities to the sales manager.
• Understand client requirements and coordinate with the marketing team for service delivery.
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions, agreements, and payments.
• Stay updated with market trends, competitor offerings, and digital marketing solutions.

Requirements

• Proven experience in outdoor sales, field sales, or direct marketing (preferably in UAE).
• Strong communication and negotiation skills in English, Hindi/Urdu, Tagalog; Arabic is an advantage.
• Ability to work independently and meet targets.
• Familiarity with digital marketing services (SEO, Google Ads, Social Media) is a plus.
• Valid UAE driving license is preferred (Not Mandatory).
• Presentable, energetic, and self-motivated.
