Experience:
· Minimum 3 years of experience in sales
Roles, responsibilities, accountability and authority:
1. Performs sales activities to potential and or existing customers.
2. Manages personnel and develops sales and sales support staff.
3. Reviews progress of sales roles throughout the company.
4. Forecasts annual, quarterly and monthly revenue.
5. Develops plans to ensure revenue growth in all company’s products/services.
6. Coordinates proper company resources to ensure efficient and stable sales results.
7. Assists sales personnel in establishing personal contact and relationship with customer decision makers.
8. Collaborates with management teams to develop sales strategies to improve market share in all product lines.
9. Interprets short- and long-term effects on sales strategies in operating profit.
