Sales Executive (Outdoor Sales)

We are looking for energetic, result-driven Outdoor Sales Executives to join our growing logistics team. If you enjoy meeting clients face-to-face, building strong business relationships, and closing deals in a competitive market, this role is for you.

About the Role

As an Outdoor Sales Executive, you will be the face of Quickfly Logistics in the market. This is a field-based role focused on acquiring new clients, maintaining existing relationships, and expanding our presence across Dubai and the wider UAE. The role is fast-paced, target-oriented, and ideal for professionals who thrive on networking and client interaction.

Key Responsibilities & Duties Outdoor Sales & Business Development

  • Actively identify, approach, and visit prospective customers in assigned territories.
  • Conduct regular client meetings, presentations, and follow-ups to generate new business.
  • Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of potential clients through cold calling, walk-ins, referrals, and networking.
  • Promote Quickfly Logistics services including air, sea, road freight, and courier solutions.
  • Negotiate pricing and close sales deals in line with company policies.

Client Relationship Management

  • Build long-term relationships with existing clients through regular outdoor visits.
  • Understand customer requirements and offer tailored logistics solutions.
  • Ensure high customer satisfaction by providing timely updates and professional support.
  • Handle customer queries, concerns, and complaints efficiently and professionally.

Coordination & Reporting

  • Coordinate with operations, customer service, and finance teams to ensure smooth service delivery.
  • Maintain accurate records of visits, leads, quotations, and sales activities in the CRM system.
  • Prepare daily/weekly sales reports, market feedback, and competitor insights.
  • Follow up on outstanding quotations and payments when required.

What We’re Looking For

  • Minimum 2–3 years of experience in logistics, freight forwarding, or B2B outdoor sales.
  • Proven experience in field sales / outdoor sales within the UAE market.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and confident in meeting clients independently.
  • Well-organized with good time management and reporting skills.
  • Immediate joiners preferred.
