Sales Executive – Outdoor Sales (Car Care Industry)

Job Description:

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Executive to join our growing team in the car care sector. The main focus of this role is business development and closing contracts with fleet companies, ensuring long-term partnerships and consistent revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify, approach, and build strong relationships with fleet owners, leasing companies, corporate clients, and logistics providers.
• Promote our full range of car care and detailing services tailored for fleet requirements.
• Conduct outdoor sales visits, meetings, and presentations to decision-makers.
• Negotiate and finalize contracts with clients to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Maintain a pipeline of potential clients and provide regular updates to management.
• Ensure excellent after-sales support and client satisfaction to encourage repeat business.
• Stay updated on competitor offerings and market trends in the car care industry.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in outdoor sales, preferably in automotive, car care, or fleet-related services.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Ability to work independently and achieve sales targets.
• UAE driving license preferred.
• Candidates with own visa will be given priority.
• Positive attitude, goal-driven, and professional approach.
