Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 PM – 5:00 AM (Pakistan Standard Time)
Compensation: PKR 50,000 – 90,000 (Base Salary) + Commission + Performance-Based Bonuses

About the Role

Mugshei Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Sales Executive – Packaging Solutions (US Night Shift) to join our expanding team serving the U.S. market. The ideal candidate will have a strong passion for sales, a solid understanding of packaging solutions, and exceptional communication skills to build and maintain long-term client relationships.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct outbound and inbound sales calls with potential and existing clients in the packaging sector (including boxes, labels, custom packaging, and related products).
• Understand client packaging needs and recommend appropriate materials, designs, and printing solutions.
• Prepare and present quotations, negotiate pricing and terms, and close sales effectively.
• Maintain updated knowledge of company offerings, packaging products, and market trends.
• Consistently meet or exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs.
• Provide excellent post-sale support to ensure customer satisfaction and long-term retention.
• Record all customer interactions, quotations, and feedback in the CRM system accurately.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (design, production, logistics) to ensure timely and smooth order processing.
• Stay informed about market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.

Candidate Profile

• Experience: 0–5 years in sales, customer service, or B2B packaging sales (fresh graduates are encouraged to apply).
• Communication Skills: Excellent written and spoken English communication skills.
• Sales Expertise: Confident, persuasive, and results-driven with strong negotiation and closing abilities.
• Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with packaging materials, printing processes, or related products is preferred.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency with CRM systems or online sales tools is a plus.
• Availability: Must be available to work the night shift (Monday–Friday, 8:00 PM – 5:00 AM PKT).
