Job Title: Sales Executive – US Packaging (Night Shift)

Work Schedule: Monday–Friday | 8:00 PM – 5:00 AM (Pakistan Standard Time)
Compensation: PKR 50,000–90,000 (Base Salary) + Commission + Performance-Based Bonuses

Position Overview

The Sales Executive – US Packaging will be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities, maintaining strong client relationships, and achieving assigned sales targets through proactive customer engagement. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a strong sales acumen, and a passion for delivering superior customer service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Proactively engage with prospective and existing clients in the U.S. packaging market through inbound and outbound calls.
  • Identify customer requirements and recommend tailored packaging solutions to meet their business needs.
  • Maintain a thorough understanding of company products, pricing, and promotional offers.
  • Consistently achieve or exceed individual and team sales goals and KPIs.
  • Deliver outstanding customer service through professional, courteous, and timely communication.
  • Record and maintain detailed information on customer interactions, transactions, and feedback in the CRM system.
  • Address client inquiries and resolve issues promptly and effectively.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to enhance customer experience and achieve departmental objectives.

Candidate Profile

  • Experience: 0–5 years in sales, business development, or customer service (fresh graduates are welcome to apply).
  • Communication Skills: Excellent spoken and written English, with the ability to communicate confidently with U.S.-based clients.
  • Sales Mindset: Persuasive, results-driven, and motivated by achieving and exceeding targets.
  • Problem-Solving: Strong analytical thinking and professionalism in handling client concerns.
  • Technical Skills: Familiarity with CRM systems or sales management tools is a plus.
  • Work Schedule: Must be available for the night shift (Monday–Friday, 8:00 PM – 5:00 AM PKT).
