Job Core Function
The Sales Representative is tasked to sell Offset, Printing Equipment & Consumables within the territory of United Arab Emirates. In addition, act as a point of contact to represent the company to existing and prospective customers. Responsible for Business achievement for organization growth
· Maintain Loyalty with existing customers, based on a regular reviews and visits.
· Expand Company customer base by researching the market to secure new prospects/new business.
· Act as information channel between the company, its products and existing and potential markets.
· Contact clients to negotiate terms of agreement and use persuasive skills to conduct and promote sales.
· Gather relevant market and customer information.
· Negotiate variation in price, delivery terms and lead times as per specifications.
· Advise on forthcoming product developments and discuss special promotions.
· Trouble-shoot relevant documentation, delivery, service and spare parts.
· Manage the quantities of goods available in stock in coordination with Purchasing & Billing Department.
· Determine the appropriate orders required to secure sufficient stocks to meet customer satisfaction / demands.
· Record sales and order information and send copies to Purchase & Billing Department to expedite delivery.

Internal and External Communication Channels
· Internally needs to have a close working relationship with all functions.
· Need for effective working relationship with customers, vendors, concerned parties.
Relationships
· Report directly to Sales Department Head
· Constant liaison with P & B Department staff, other department staff.
Education
· The candidate shall have Bachelor Degree or diploma in related field.
Other Qualifications
· 2 to 3 years of relevant experience as Field Sales Executive in the printing industry, with a preference for experience in Sheetfed Offset.
· Excellent communication.
· Funnel management.
· Market intelligent.
· Ability to work well with all levels of management, executive leadership and support staff
· Ability to effectively present information to team leader, public groups, employees of company
· Strong understanding of local and international accounting standard.
· Ability to persuade/influence others in sensitive/confrontational situations.
· Innovative; Proactive; positive, meet challenges with a Can-do Attitude
· With UAE driving license
