Sales Executive – Professional Services Industry

We are a well-established professional services firm offering expert solutions in accounting, tax advisory, and audit. With a strong reputation in the UAE market, we are now seeking a results-driven Sales Executive to accelerate our growth and expand our client base.

Role Overview

This role is strictly for candidates with sales experience in the professional services sector—specifically accounting, tax, audit industry. The ideal candidate will be a monthly target achiever with a proactive mindset, ready to hit the ground running with their own sales plan and client data.

Candidate Profile

  • Experience: 2–4 years in sales within the UAE, exclusively in professional services
  • Language: Excellent English communication; Arabic is a plus
  • Skills & Attributes:
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding monthly sales targets
  • Must be highly deal-closure oriented, as commission will be earned on every successfully closed contract
  • Strong presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Must come equipped with own client leads and a clear sales strategy

Key Responsibilities

  • Generate new business for accounting, tax, and audit services
  • Execute a personalized sales plan using existing data and networks
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with corporate clients
  • Achieve monthly revenue targets and report performance metrics
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless client onboarding
