Sales Executive - Project Sales

We are looking for a dynamic, goal-oriented, and results-driven Sales Executive to join our Project Sales Division. The successful candidate will be responsible for promoting and selling a comprehensive range of building materials, including tiles, marble, paints, electrical lighting, and sanitary products. This role requires a proactive professional with a proven track record in the construction industry and strong relationship-building skills with key project stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify, develop, and manage new business opportunities within the construction and building materials market.
• Promote and sell company products to contractors, architects, consultants, developers, and other decision-makers.
• Achieve and exceed monthly and annual sales targets and revenue objectives.
• Build and nurture long-term relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and customer loyalty.
• Serve as the main point of contact for client inquiries, ensuring prompt communication and superior customer service.
• Prepare and present professional sales proposals, lead negotiations, and close deals effectively.
• Maintain accurate documentation of contracts, agreements, and sales activities.

Reporting & Coordination:

• Maintain detailed records of sales activities, client communications, and performance reports.
• Collaborate with internal departments to ensure smooth order processing, timely deliveries, and efficient after-sales support.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 2–3 years of proven sales experience in the building materials or construction industry (preferred).
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and handle multiple priorities efficiently.
• Proficient in CRM systems and MS Office Suite.
• Possession of a valid UAE driver’s license and access to a personal vehicle (preferred).

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to AED5,000.00 per month
