Sales Executive – Project Sales (Building Materials)

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to expand our project sales in building materials, including tiles, marble, paints, electrical lighting, and sanitary installations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, proven expertise in the construction and building materials sector, and the ability to build lasting client relationships.

Key Responsibilities

· Identify, approach, and develop new clients within the construction and building materials industry.

· Promote and sell a wide range of building materials to contractors, architects, consultants, developers, and other key stakeholders.

· Consistently achieve and exceed sales targets and revenue objectives.

· Maintain and strengthen long-term relationships with existing clients to drive repeat business.

· Act as the primary point of contact for client inquiries, ensuring exceptional service and satisfaction.

· Prepare professional sales proposals, conduct negotiations, and close deals successfully.

· Ensure accurate documentation of contracts, agreements, and sales activities.

Reporting & Coordination

· Maintain detailed and up-to-date records of sales activities, client interactions, and performance metrics.

· Work closely with internal teams to ensure timely product delivery and provide excellent after-sales support.

Qualifications & Skills

· Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Civil Engineering, or a related field.

· Proven experience in sales within the building materials or construction industry (preferred).

· Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

· Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and prioritize multiple tasks.

· Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.

· Valid UAE driver’s license with access to a personal vehicle (preferred).
