Sales Executive – Project Sales Division (Building Materials)

We are looking for a dynamic, goal-oriented, and results-driven Sales Executive to join our Project Sales Division. The ideal candidate will be responsible for promoting and selling a wide range of building materials, including tiles, marble, paints, electrical lighting, and sanitary products.

This position requires a proactive professional with strong knowledge of the construction industry and the ability to build and maintain relationships with key project stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify, develop, and manage new business opportunities within the construction and building materials sector.
• Promote and sell products to contractors, architects, consultants, developers, and other decision-makers.
• Achieve and exceed monthly and annual sales targets.
• Build and maintain long-term client relationships to ensure repeat business and customer satisfaction.
• Serve as the main point of contact for client inquiries, ensuring prompt responses and exceptional service.
• Prepare and deliver sales presentations, quotations, and proposals; negotiate terms and close deals effectively.
• Maintain organized records of all sales activities, client interactions, and contracts.

Reporting & Coordination

• Maintain detailed documentation of client communications, sales performance, and ongoing projects.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure accurate order processing, timely delivery, and excellent after-sales service.

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 2–3 years of proven sales experience in the building materials or construction industry (preferred).
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
• Self-motivated, organized, and capable of working independently.
• Proficient in CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Valid UAE driving license and own vehicle (preferred).
