Sales Executive – Raw Materials (Coating & Chemical Industry)

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Sales Executive to join our team in the UAE market. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in raw materials sales, preferably within the Coatings, Paints, Inks, Plastics, or Packaging industries.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers across UAE.

Promote and sell raw materials for Paints, Coatings, Inks, Plastics, and Packaging industries.

Identify new business opportunities and achieve sales targets.

Provide product knowledge and technical support to customers where required.

Represent the company professionally in the market with integrity and customer focus.

Requirements:

Proven sales experience in raw materials (coating/chemical industry preferred).

Strong product knowledge of coating industry raw materials (those without a chemical background must show strong market/product knowledge).

Educational background: Applied Chemist / Chemistry graduate; lab/R&D/QC experience in Paint, Ink, or Coating industry is highly valued.

Must know a few relevant Paint, Ink, Coating, Plastics, and Packaging customers in UAE.

Experience with a distribution company is a strong advantage.

Candidates with R&D, Lab, or QC experience in the industry are welcome.

Must have a valid UAE driving licence and own car.

Strong sales attitude – ability to handle customer egos, build trust, and penetrate competitive markets.
