Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Dubai for a Sales Executive - Real Estate. The Sales Executive will be responsible for managing property listings, conducting client viewings, negotiating sales agreements, and closing transactions. Duties also include market research, client relationship management, coordinating with developers, and providing regular updates to clients and management.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in property sales, client viewings, and closing transactions
• Strong skills in customer relationship management
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills
• Proficiency in market research and analysis
• Ability to work independently and in a team
• Knowledge of the Dubai and Abu Dhabi real estate markets is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, Marketing, or a related field
