Sales Executive – Real Estate

`Ajman, United Arab Emirates

Al Rasikhoon Real Estate has been a leading name in the Ajman real estate market since 2002. With a diverse portfolio of properties, including plots, villas, and residential/commercial buildings, we are dedicated to providing outstanding real estate solutions to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Promote and sell company properties (residential, commercial, plots, and villas).
  • Build client relationships, and conduct property viewings.
  • Provide clients with accurate and updated information about available properties.
  • Negotiate and close sales deals, ensuring customer satisfaction and meeting sales targets.
  • Work with the marketing team to maximize property exposure.
  • Keep up to date with real estate market trends, pricing, and competitor activities.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 1–2 years of UAE real estate sales experience.
  • Valid UAE driving license (required).
  • Fluency in Arabic (verbal and written); English and Urdu are an advantage.
  • Proven ability to achieve sales targets and deliver results.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience using CRM systems
  • Knowledge of UAE’s real estate market and relevant regulations.
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and capable of working independently or in a team.

Job Type: Full-time

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Ajman: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

Experience:

  • UAE REAL ESTATE: 2 years (Preferred)

License/Certification:

  • UAE driving license (Preferred)
