Sales executive - Real Estate

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and generate new sales leads through networking, referrals, and marketing activities
  • Promote and sell residential, commercial, or rental properties
  • Conduct property viewings and client meetings
  • Understand client requirements and recommend suitable properties
  • Negotiate terms and close sales deals effectively
  • Maintain and update property listings and client databases
  • Stay informed about market trends, property values, and competitors
  • Coordinate with legal and finance teams to complete transactions
  • Prepare sales reports and meet assigned targets

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Sales, Marketing, or related field
  • Proven experience in real estate sales or a similar sales role
  • Strong knowledge of the local property market
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to achieve sales targets and work under pressure
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM systems
  • Valid driving license (preferred/required)
