Key Responsibilities
- Identify and generate new sales leads through networking, referrals, and marketing activities
- Promote and sell residential, commercial, or rental properties
- Conduct property viewings and client meetings
- Understand client requirements and recommend suitable properties
- Negotiate terms and close sales deals effectively
- Maintain and update property listings and client databases
- Stay informed about market trends, property values, and competitors
- Coordinate with legal and finance teams to complete transactions
- Prepare sales reports and meet assigned targets
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Sales, Marketing, or related field
- Proven experience in real estate sales or a similar sales role
- Strong knowledge of the local property market
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to achieve sales targets and work under pressure
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM systems
- Valid driving license (preferred/required)
