We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to join our growing real estate development team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in property sales, excellent communication skills, and a passion for delivering exceptional client experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop new sales opportunities within the real estate market.
- Build and maintain relationships with clients, brokers, and investors.
- Present and promote real estate projects to prospective buyers.
- Conduct site visits, negotiations, and deal closures.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Maintain accurate sales reports and customer records.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in real estate development sales.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills in English.
- Strong negotiation and customer relationship management abilities.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and professional attitude.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
