Sales Executive – Real Estate Housing Society

Lahore, Pakistan

We are hiring a motivated and experienced Sales Executive for our real estate housing society. The ideal candidate must have 3 to 4 years of hands-on experience in real estate sales, particularly in residential plots, homes, or society-based projects. This role requires a confident communicator with a deep understanding of the property market and strong closing skills.

Key Responsibilities

  • Actively generate leads and convert them into sales.
  • Conduct meetings and site visits with clients.
  • Promote residential plots and housing units within the society.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
  • Provide clients with accurate information on pricing, availability, and payment plans.
  • Meet monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Maintain proper documentation and follow up on customer queries.
  • Represent the company professionally in all interactions.

Requirements

  • 3 to 4 years of sales experience in real estate (preferably housing societies).
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong knowledge of the local property market and customer trends.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and a team player.
  • Must be willing to travel for client meetings and site visits.
  • Basic understanding of property documentation and legal processes.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs50,000.00 - Rs60,000.00 per month
