Sales Executive – Recruitment & Staff Outsourcing

The Role
Job Description We are hiring a Sales Executive for Exclusive Talent Management, a leading provider of recruitment and staff outsourcing solutions. The ideal candidate must be highly driven, results-oriented, and capable of generating new business independently. The main focus of this role is to bring in clients and develop long-term business relationships for our HR and manpower services. Key Responsibilities • Identify and develop new business opportunities in the UAE market • Actively bring in clients for recruitment and staff outsourcing services • Conduct client meetings, presentations, and close deals • Build and maintain strong client relationships • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure successful service delivery

Requirements
Requirements • Proven ability to generate business and close deals • Experience in sales / recruitment / staffing (preferred) • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills • Target-driven, self-motivated, and confident personality • Knowledge of UAE market is an advantage What We Offer • Basic salary: AED 3,000 • High commission + incentives • Career growth in recruitment & outsourcing industry • Opportunity to work with diverse clients across UAE
