The Job

Book meetings. Make them show up. Follow up at every stage until the deal closes or dies.

You own the lead from first call to seated meeting. That is it.

What You Do

• Call Meta leads fast, within minutes of coming in
• Cold call Pakistani business owners and decision makers
• Book a meeting with a date, time, and verbal commitment
• Confirm 24 hours before and 1 hour before every meeting
• No show reschedule same day
• Follow up after the demo until closed or dead
• Log everything in the CRM every single day

You Must Have

• Proven sales or SDR experience with real numbers to show
• Cold calling experience in Pakistani B2B market
• Worked Meta ad leads before
• CRM experience
• High show-up rate track record not just bookings

Compensation

• Basic Salary: PKR 50,000 to 60,000/month
• Incentive on every closed deal you sourced

Pay: Rs50,000.00 - Rs60,000.00 per month
