Sales Executive - (Retail, Wholesale, and HORECA - Hotel/Restaurant/Catering sectors)

Dubai, United Arab Emirates

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities in the retail, wholesale, and HORECA (Hotel/Restaurant/Catering) sectors.
  • Promote and sell the company’s bakery and food products to existing and potential customers.
  • Maintain strong relationships with key accounts and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitor activities.
  • Prepare and deliver sales presentations and product demos.
  • Negotiate pricing, contracts, and terms of sale with clients.
  • Achieve monthly and annual sales targets as assigned by management.
  • Coordinate with production and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery and product availability.
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions, sales activities, and follow-ups in CRM systems.
  • Attend industry events, trade shows, and exhibitions to represent the company.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 2–4 years of proven sales experience, preferably in food manufacturing, FMCG, or B2B sales.
  • Strong knowledge of food products, bakery ingredients, or pre-mix items is an advantage.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Self-motivated with a target-driven attitude.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
  • Valid UAE driving license (if applicable to your region).
  • Ability to work independently and travel as required.
