Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in the retail, wholesale, and HORECA (Hotel/Restaurant/Catering) sectors.
- Promote and sell the company’s bakery and food products to existing and potential customers.
- Maintain strong relationships with key accounts and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitor activities.
- Prepare and deliver sales presentations and product demos.
- Negotiate pricing, contracts, and terms of sale with clients.
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets as assigned by management.
- Coordinate with production and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery and product availability.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions, sales activities, and follow-ups in CRM systems.
- Attend industry events, trade shows, and exhibitions to represent the company.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- 2–4 years of proven sales experience, preferably in food manufacturing, FMCG, or B2B sales.
- Strong knowledge of food products, bakery ingredients, or pre-mix items is an advantage.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated with a target-driven attitude.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
- Valid UAE driving license (if applicable to your region).
- Ability to work independently and travel as required.
