Sales Executive - Russians / European Speakers- Female preferred

Role Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and presentable Sales Executive with experience in luxury retail and fluency in Russian or European languages. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in delivering exceptional customer service, driving sales, and maintaining the high standards expected in a luxury retail environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver an exceptional customer experience with a personalized and consultative sales approach
• Build strong relationships with high-end clientele
• Achieve and exceed individual and store sales targets
• Maintain in-depth knowledge of products, collections, and brand heritage
• Ensure visual merchandising and boutique standards are consistently upheld
• Work collaboratively with team members to meet business goals

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year experience in luxury retail sales
• Fluent in Russian or other European language(s)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Well-groomed, professional, and presentable appearance
• Strong clienteling and up-selling ability
• Passion for luxury fashion and lifestyle
