Responsibilities

  • Drive new business acquisition of SaaS solutions in target markets (Kenya region)
  • Manage the end to end sales cycle: lead generation, discovery, demo, proposal, negotiation, closure
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key decision makers (manufacturing, logistics, supply chain)
  • Understand customer operational challenges and position solutions accordingly
  • Collaborate with pre sales, product and marketing teams to deliver tailored value propositions
  • Maintain an accurate sales pipeline, forecasts and dashboards
  • Present progress and insights to senior leadership regularly
  • Meet or exceed quarterly and annual sales targets
  • Contribute market intelligence and competitive insights to refine sales strategy
