Roles and responsibilities -:
- Handling clients, taking them for visits
- Taking instructions from managers and looking after the property sales.
- Bringing more and more deal closures.
- Maintaining a long term good relationship with the customers and approaching them for up-sale.
- Driving the company's sales and the overall business growth.
- Managing the leads from start to end, from calls to conversation.
- Presenting the property in an impressive way.
- Addressing the customer's queries and enquiries.
- Managing records and databases. Presenting reports
- Achieving targets and running after the goal completion and deadlines.

- Computer knowledge-MS Excel and MS Office.
Note-:
- The candidates must have an experience of 2 to 3 years in sales and preferably in real estate.
- The candidate should have his/her own vehicle.
