Role Summary

You will be responsible for driving sales and marketing of our rewinding services for electric motors and alternators. Your mission is to achieve sales targets set by management, visit clients daily across sectors (ports, manufacturing, oil & gas, utilities), identify new market segments, build and grow relationships, and convert opportunities into service contracts.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct daily field visits to existing and potential clients within your territory to promote rewinding services of motors and alternators.
  • Identify, develop and qualify leads in key segments (ports, manufacturing, oil & gas, utilities, large industrial plants).
  • Present the service offering (rewinding, refurbishment, testing, balancing), explain value-proposition (downtime reduction, cost savings vs replacement).
  • Prepare and submit accurate proposals/quotations, negotiate terms and secure service orders.
  • Meet or exceed defined sales targets (volume & value) on a monthly/quarterly basis.
  • Maintain and update customer & prospect database, manage pipeline through CRM or other system.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with decision makers (maintenance engineers, plant managers, procurement).
  • Monitor market developments (competitors, new technologies, efficiency regulations) and feed feedback to management.
  • Coordinate internally with operations/workshop/logistics to ensure job feasibility, scheduling, customer handover and after-sales satisfaction.
  • Provide regular reporting to management: visit activity, quote pipeline, closed orders, lost business analysis.
