Key Responsibilities

• Identify and generate new sales leads through cold calling, networking, and online research
• Present and promote IT products and services to potential clients
• Understand client requirements and propose appropriate IT solutions
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers
• Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and quotations
• Negotiate contracts and close sales deals
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities in CRM systems
• Coordinate with technical and support teams to ensure customer satisfaction
• Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and market conditions
