Role Overview

We are looking for a dynamic and confident Sales Executive who will also manage front-desk operations at New Look Beauty Salon.

This role combines client relationship management, sales generation, and reception responsibilities to drive salon growth while ensuring a premium customer experience.

Key Responsibilities - Sales & Business Development

• Promote salon services, packages, and memberships
• Convert walk-in and inquiry calls into confirmed bookings
• Upsell treatments and recommend suitable packages
• Follow up with existing and past clients for repeat business
• Generate new leads through WhatsApp, social media, and referrals
• Promote Groupon and ongoing offers
• Achieve monthly revenue targets

Front Desk & Client Handling

• Greet and assist clients professionally
• Manage appointments and booking system
• Handle phone calls and WhatsApp inquiries
• Manage billing, invoices, and daily cash handling
• Maintain client records and feedback
• Coordinate smoothly between therapists and clients

Marketing Support

• Assist in posting offers on social media
• Collect Google reviews from satisfied clients
• Support promotional campaigns and events

Ideal Candidate Profile

• Previous experience in salon/spa sales or front desk preferred
• Strong communication and persuasion skills
• Confident, presentable, and customer-focused
• Target-driven and motivated by commission earnings
• Basic knowledge of salon services (training can be provided)
• Comfortable using WhatsApp, Instagram, and booking software

Compensation Structure

• 40% Fixed Salary + 60% Performance-Based Commission
• Total earning potential up to AED 3,000 per month or more, based on achieving monthly sales targets
• Commission applicable on packages, memberships, upgrades, and add-on services
