Sales Executive – Salt Industry

We are hiring energetic and target-driven Sales Executives for our Salt Business Operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers and distributors
• Identify new business opportunities and expand market reach
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
• Conduct market visits and follow up with potential clients
• Coordinate with production and logistics teams for timely order execution
• Prepare sales reports and market feedback
• Promote company products and maintain customer satisfaction

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or relevant field
• Minimum 4-6 years of sales experience
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and achieve targets
• Experience in salt, FMCG, chemical, or industrial sales will be preferred
• Must be willing to travel for market visits
