Location: Shahrah-e-Faisal, Karachi
Job Type: Full-Time | On-Site
Shift Timing: 6:00 PM – 3:00 AM (Monday to Friday), Ramadan Timings: (7:30pm-4am)
Salary: PKR 70,000 – 130,000 per month (Based on experience) + Commission

Job Description

We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Senior Sales Executive / Sales Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have strong English communication skills and hands-on experience in bidding and client acquisition for the US market through platforms such as Upwork, Fiverr, and other freelancing portals.

This role is ideal for sales professionals who are target-oriented and eager to grow in an international sales environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Bid on projects via Upwork, Fiverr, and other online platforms
• Communicate professionally with US-based clients
• Identify new business opportunities and close deals
• Coordinate with the accounts team for pricing, invoicing, and reporting
• Maintain long-term client relationships
• Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Accounting, or related field
• Minimum 1 year of experience in sales, bidding, or account management
• Excellent English communication and negotiation skills
• Experience with Upwork/Fiverr bidding is a strong plus
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM tools
• Self-motivated, proactive, and target-driven
