Sales Executive / Service Co-ordinator

Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Sales Executive / Service Coordinator(Kitchen Equipment & Spare parts field preferred) to join our team. This dual-role position requires a professional who can drive sales growth while ensuring seamless coordination of services for clients. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a customer-oriented mindset, and the ability to multitask efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales Responsibilities:

• Identify and generate new business opportunities through networking, cold calling, and client meetings.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
• Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations to clients.
• Negotiate contracts and close sales deals to achieve revenue targets.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products and services offered by the company.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to execute promotional campaigns.

Service Coordination Responsibilities:

• Act as the primary point of contact between clients and service teams.
• Coordinate service requests, scheduling, and follow-ups to ensure timely execution.
• Maintain accurate records of service activities, client interactions, and feedback.
• Resolve customer complaints and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery.
• Prepare reports on service performance and customer feedback for management.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in related field.
• Proven experience in sales, service coordination, or a similar role.
• Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Customer-centric approach with a problem-solving attitude.
• UAE Driving license is a must.
• Team work and coordination.
