Job Summary:
We are seeking a results-driven Sales Executive to identify, pursue, and acquire new business opportunities in software development, digital marketing, and call center outsourcing. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in B2B sales, client relationship management, and generating qualified leads that convert into long-term business partnerships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and target potential clients across various industries for software development, digital marketing, and call center outsourcing projects.
- Generate qualified leads through networking, cold calling, LinkedIn outreach, email marketing, and other channels.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with decision-makers and key stakeholders.
- Understand client requirements and coordinate with internal teams to prepare tailored proposals, quotations, and presentations.
- Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Negotiate contracts, close deals, and ensure smooth handover to project delivery teams.
- Track market trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies to identify new opportunities.
- Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and client communications in CRM tools.
- Represent the company at events, expos, and virtual meetings to build brand awareness.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field.
- 2–5 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in software services, digital marketing, or outsourcing domains.
- Strong network of potential clients in relevant industries (preferred).
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Proven ability to close deals and achieve sales targets.
- Good understanding of software development lifecycles, digital marketing services, and BPO/call center operations.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work independently or as part of a team.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and online sales tools.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):
- Number of new leads generated and qualified.
- Number of deals closed per quarter.
- Revenue generated from new and existing clients.
- Client satisfaction and retention rate.
