We are looking for Sales Professional

Travel required: Extensive

Job Purpose

As a Sales Executive (Steel Fibres), you will be responsible for:
✅ Identifying and developing clients in the industrial flooring and pavement sectors
✅ Managing the end-to-end sales cycle from lead generation to after-sales support
✅ Delivering technical and commercial presentations to contractors, engineers, architects, and consultants
✅ Guiding clients on steel fibre type, dosage, and mix optimization for project-specific needs
✅ Coordinating with our technical teams to ensure correct specification, delivery, and application support

Key Responsibilities

· Generate new business opportunities in the flooring & infrastructure sector

· Provide on-site technical support for dosing, mixing, and application of steel fibres

· Address customer queries on durability, performance, and sustainability

· Prepare & negotiate quotations, and close sales contracts

· Build and nurture long-term relationships with key accounts

Required Experience

· Minimum 3 Experience in construction materials / flooring / infrastructure solutions (preferred)

Skills & Knowledge

· Strong technical understanding of steel fibre-reinforced concrete
Excellent communication, negotiation, and client-handling skills
Willingness to travel and engage with clients on-site

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
