Sales Executive – Swimming Pools

The Role

We're looking for a Sales Executive who’s confident, motivated, and ready to build relationships and close deals. This is a client-facing role focused on growing our customer base and promoting our range of pool products and services.

Key Responsibilities

· Identify and target new clients in residential, commercial, and hospitality sectors.

· Follow up on leads, schedule client meetings, and conduct site visits.

· Present product solutions and maintenance packages tailored to each client’s needs.

· Prepare quotes and coordinate closely with the technical team.

· Build and maintain lasting client relationships to generate repeat business.

What We’re Looking For

· 1–3 years of sales experience, preferably in swimming pool, MEP, or construction industries.

· Good understanding of pool systems or willingness to learn quickly.

· Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

· UAE driving license is required.

Compensation

· Base salary plus commission, with clear growth opportunities.
