Sales Executive (Tele sales)

Position: Sales Executive (Tele Sales)
Location: Dubai, UAE

Job Summary:

We are seeking enthusiastic and results-driven Sales Executive (Tele sales)* to join our Dubai team. The role involves contacting potential clients, explaining company products and services, and converting leads into sales. Candidates with prior telesales or customer service experience—especially in interior design, real estate, or construction*—are encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct outbound calls to potential clients and follow up on inquiries.
• Present products/services professionally and generate qualified leads.
• Maintain customer database and meet weekly/monthly sales targets.
• Work closely with the Sales Manager to improve conversion rates and client engagement.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in telesales or customer service (Proven experience in telesales or customer service -preferably in interior design, real estate, or construction industry but not required.
• Excellent communication skills in English; additional languages are an advantage.
• Positive attitude, persuasive skills, and target-oriented mindset.
• Must be available to join immediately.

Offer & Benefits:

• Base Salary + Commission + Benefits (as per UAE Labor Law)

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED6,000.00 per month
