• Identify, develop, and maintain new business opportunities in tourism, hospitality, shipping, and yacht chartering/sales sectors. • Prepare Monthly sales Plan and attract the targeted clients to achieve the Sales Target month wise. • Build and maintain strong client relationships with hotels, travel agents, corporate clients, charter brokers, and hospitality partners. • Conduct market research to identify potential clients, market trends, and competitive pricing strategies. • Prepare and present customized sales proposals, quotations, and service packages to prospective clients. • Plan and execute promotional campaigns, events, and digital marketing initiatives. • Manage client communications, contracts, and after-sales service to ensure customer satisfaction and retention. • Negotiate sales terms and close deals in alignment with company policies and profitability goals. • Prepare weekly and monthly sales reports, forecasts, and performance updates for management review. • Represent the company at trade shows, networking events, and industry conferences.
