Sales Executive (Training Solutions Specialist)

The Mission

As a Training Solutions Specialist at WingsWay, you are not just a salesperson; you are a career architect. You will move away from the traditional "inbound-only" model and take charge of your own success by identifying and securing high-value leads through proactive, modern-age prospecting.

Key Responsibilities

Self-Generated Prospecting: Proactively hunt for leads using LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, Lusha, or similar modern tools.

Social Selling: Build a professional brand on social platforms to attract corporate clients and individual students.

Multi-Channel Outreach: Execute cold calling, personalized video emails, and strategic networking without relying on paid marketing leads.

Consultative Closing: Understand the career goals of potential students and map them to WingsWay’s international certifications

Pipeline Management: Maintain a rigorous CRM hygiene to track "self-sourced" vs "company-provided" opportunities.

Revenue Ownership: Meet and exceed monthly commercial targets with a mindset of "unlimited growth."

What We Are Looking For

The "Hunter" Mentality: You find it boring to wait for leads. You prefer the thrill of the hunt.

Digital Fluency: You are a pro at using AI-powered lead gen tools and CRM automation.

Education Knowledge: Experience in training industry and job consultancy is preferred but not mandatory.

Communication: Exceptional English (Written & Verbal) with the ability to influence C-suite executives and young professionals alike.

Experience: Minimum 2-4 years in a high-pressure sales environment.

UAE driving licence is mandatory
