Job Description

Efficient Tourism LLC is hiring an energetic and result-driven Sales Executive to join our growing team. The role focuses on generating new business, handling client inquiries, and achieving monthly sales targets in the travel and tourism sector.

Responsibilities:

• Generate leads and convert them into confirmed sales
• Promote travel products including holiday packages, flights, hotels, and tours
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with corporate and individual clients
• Prepare competitive quotations, proposals, and presentations
• Achieve and exceed assigned sales targets and revenue goals
• Maintain knowledge of current promotions, competitor activities, and market trends
• Provide excellent after-sales support to ensure client satisfaction and repeat business

Requirements:

• Previous experience in sales (preferably in travel/tourism/hospitality)
• Strong communication, negotiation, and customer service skills
• Ability to build rapport with clients and close deals effectively
• Proficiency in MS Office; knowledge of booking systems is an advantage
• Goal-oriented, proactive, and self-motivated personality
• UAE market experience preferred
