Job Description:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive – Travel & Visa Division to join our expanding team. The successful candidate will be responsible for generating new business and driving sales for travel-related services including tourist visas, business visas, international holiday packages, flight bookings, and other travel-related offerings.

The ideal candidate must have a strong background in sales, excellent communication skills, and a thorough understanding of visa processes and travel documentation, particularly for the UAE market and international destinations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Promote and sell visa services (tourist, business, transit, etc.) and travel packages to individual and corporate clients
  • Generate new leads through cold calling, referrals, walk-ins, and digital platforms
  • Provide accurate information regarding visa requirements, documentation, timelines, and costs
  • Coordinate with visa processing teams, embassies, and consulates for smooth service delivery
  • Upsell travel services such as flight bookings, hotel accommodations, travel insurance, and holiday packages
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers and corporate clients
  • Stay up to date with immigration laws, regulations, and travel restrictions for various countries
  • Achieve or exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs
  • Maintain records of sales and customer interactions through CRM tools
  • Attend networking events, expos, or travel fairs as needed

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in sales, preferably within the travel, tourism, or visa services industry
  • Knowledge of UAE and international visa procedures and documentation
  • Strong sales and negotiation skills with a customer-centric approach
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (Arabic or other languages are a plus)
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software
  • Ability to multitask and work under pressure to meet deadlines
  • UAE Driving License (preferred)
