Sales Executive – UK Healthcare Recruitment

IBSTEC is looking for a driven and target-oriented Sales Executive for our UK Healthcare Recruitment campaign. If you have strong experience in UK healthcare recruitment sales and a passion for B2B client acquisition, this is your opportunity to grow with a fast-paced and professional team.

What You’ll Do:

* Generate and qualify leads within the UK healthcare sector

* Connect with care homes, nursing homes, and hospitals

* Present and promote our recruitment solutions

* Schedule meetings and close client onboarding deals

* Build and maintain strong client relationships

* Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets

* Maintain CRM records and reports

* Collaborate with the recruitment team to fulfill client needs

What We’re Looking For:

* 2–3 years of experience in UK healthcare recruitment sales (mandatory)

* Strong communication & negotiation skills (fluent English)

* Proven experience in B2B sales and lead generation

* Target-driven and results-oriented mindset

* Ability to work onsite in Gulberg V, Lahore

Preferred:

* Experience working with UK care homes or staffing agencies

* Strong understanding of UK healthcare recruitment processes

* Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets
