Sales Executive - Upwork/Freelancer

As our Sales Executive, you're not just sending out proposals you're crafting first impressions, opening doors, and planting the seeds for lasting client relationships. You're the bridge between our team’s talent and the client’s needs.

ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Identify high-potential projects on freelancing platforms that align with our services and strengths.
• Write clear, engaging, and personalized proposals that grab attention and convert leads.
• Read between the lines of job posts to truly understand the client’s pain points and how we can solve them.
• Maintain timely and professional communication with prospects to keep the momentum going.
• Consistently meet or exceed monthly targets and contribute to the company’s revenue growth.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor’s degree (BBA, CS, Data Science, or related field)
• 1 to 3 years of experience in business development, online bidding, or client acquisition
• Excellent written English and a knack for persuasive communication
• A growth mindset with the hunger to learn, win, and evolve

We encourage fresh graduates with strong English skills and a willingness to learn to apply. You’ll receive hands-on training in client handling, bidding, and proposal writing.

Pay: Rs40,000.00 - Rs80,000.00 per month
