Sales Executive Tariq Road (PECHS Block 2)
Business Nature : Building Material / Construction / uPVC Door & windows.
- Identify new and prospective retail, dealer and corporate clients and develop strong relations with them.
- Liaison with concern departments and ensure timely deliveries of product to clients.
- Execution of company's sales strategy to achieve/exceed assigned sales targets.
- Responsible for generating new project sales and maintaining strong client relationships.
- Achieve sales targets through effective market research and business development.
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills are a must.
- Handle customer complaints and coordinate with concern department to resolve those complaints to ensure maximum customer satisfaction.
- Gain a strong understanding of the potential markets and product specifications.
- Client account management and responsible of timely revenue recoveries.
- Record all sales, appointment and complaints data and prepare sales, sales order status and other relevant reports for management review
- Contribute with information/feedback for development of sales strategies.
- Hands on experience of Building Materials sales preferably PVC products.
- Any other related task assigned by manager.

Education : Bachelor's
