Role Overview
We are hiring an ambitious USA Sales Executive to join our on-site team. This position is ideal for someone who thrives on independence, has documented success in sales, and knows how to take a client from the first call all the way to a closed deal. Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to potential USA clients and convert them into long-term customers.
- Take charge of the full sales pipeline — prospecting, presenting, negotiating, and closing.
- Present clear evidence of previous sales achievements (targets met, revenue closed, or KPIs).
- Operate with independence and accountability while achieving company-set goals.
- Keep updated records of all interactions and progress in CRM systems.
- Use the latest sales technology and AI-based tools to optimize outreach and efficiency.
- Hit and surpass weekly and monthly revenue targets.
Requirements
- 2+ years of direct sales experience (USA client handling preferred).
- A solid track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent spoken and written English communication skills.
- Confidence to independently close deals under pressure.
- Familiarity with CRM platforms, sales automation, or AI tools.
- Strong online profile (Upwork, Fiverr, LinkedIn, etc.) will be a plus.

- Prior exposure to USA markets (B2B or B2C).
