1. Conduct market research and observation of competitor models, price, volume of business etc…

2. Identify potential customers and provide more technical details and awareness for our product range.

3. Promote products according to our company rules and regulations or other relevant instruction from management.

4. Follow up and communicate with customers to make sure not to lose any sales opportunity.

5. Maintain profit margin.

6. Achieve sales target.

7. Adhere company rules and regulation.

8. Responsible for checking vehicle deliveries.

  • Promote and rent out used cars to new and existing customers.
  • Assist customers in selecting the appropriate vehicle based on their needs and budget.
  • Prepare rental agreements, quotations, and required documentation accurately.
  • Follow up on customer inquiries, leads, and pending quotations.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the available used car inventory, rental rates, offers, and policies.
  • Meet monthly sales targets set by the company.
  • Coordinate with the operations team to ensure vehicle availability and readiness.
  • Handle customer complaints or issues professionally and escalate when required.
  • Maintain proper records of rentals, agreements, and client interactions.
  • Conduct market research to identify potential customers and new business opportunities.
  • Ensure all vehicles are rented out in compliance with company procedures and local regulations.
  • Represent the company professionally and maintain high standards of customer service.
