Sales Executive (Veterinarian)

Job Title: Veterinarian (Sales / Technical Sales) – Arabic/English

Overview

We are looking for a skilled Veterinarian to work in a sales-focused role (not a hospital/clinic role) supporting and growing our Vet Pharmacy business through product recommendations, advice, and after-sales follow-up. This position combines technical veterinary knowledge with relationship-building, product presentations, and order support to help customers choose and use the right solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Promote and sell animal products (e.g., veterinary pharmaceuticals, supplements, food, accessories, equipment—depending on our portfolio) to in store customers, clinics, and farms.
• Conduct planned customer visits/calls, manage a sales and build long-term relationships with decision makers.
• Provide technical product explanations, answer clinical/usage questions, and deliver product demonstrations and basic training to customers and their staff.
• Follow up on quotations, orders, delivery status, and customer feedback to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.
• Collect market feedback (customer needs, competitor activity, product performance) and report insights to management to improve offerings and sales strategy.
• Maintain accurate records of visits, leads, opportunities, and sales activity (bonus if experienced with Odoo).

Requirements

• Degree in Veterinary Medicine
• Strong knowledge across multiple species: farm animals (livestock), poultry/birds, horses/equine and companion animals (pets).
• Fluency in Arabic (spoken and written) is essential; strong English communication skills required.
• Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to simplify technical details for customers.
• Sales mindset: organized follow-up, confidence in negotiations, and ability to meet targets.

Preferred (Nice to Have)

• Previous experience in animal health sales / veterinary pharmaceutical sales / technical sales support.
• Experience with product training sessions, in-service presentations, or customer workshops.
