Job Summary:
The Sales Executive is responsible for promoting and selling vehicles and automotive products to customers by identifying their needs, offering suitable solutions, and delivering exceptional customer experience. The role involves showroom-based sales, client follow-ups, test drive coordination, and the achievement of monthly sales targets.

To be a successful Sales Executive, you should have excellent communication, negotiation, and customer relationship skills, with the ability to deliver an exceptional sales experience and achieve performance targets.
To succeed in this role, you should have the following qualifications and skills:
Qualifications, Certifications & Experience (Mandatory & Preferred):
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Automotive Management, or a related field.
4–6 years of experience in automotive sales (new or pre-owned vehicles).
Proven record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.
Skills & Competencies (Technical, Behavioral, and Soft):
Technical Skills:
Proficiency in CRM and sales software (e.g., Autoline, Salesforce, DMS).
Strong product knowledge of vehicles, features, and financing options.
Excellent negotiation, communication, and closing skills.
Ability to prepare quotations, manage leads, and handle documentation efficiently.
Behavioral Skills & Competencies:
Customer Focus – Builds strong client relationships and ensures satisfaction at every stage.
Accountability & Ownership – Works independently and ensures targets are achieved with quality results.
