Salary Range: ₹12,000 - ₹25,000 per month (Based on experience) + Attractive Incentives

About the Role:

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for generating new business by selling our premium website development and Search Engine Optimization (SEO) services to clients across both the domestic (Indian) and international markets (e.g., USA, UK, singapore,Australia, Europe). Key Responsibilities:

Prospecting & Lead Generation:Identify and target potential clients domestically and internationally through various channels including LinkedIn, cold calling, email marketing, social media, and professional networks.

Client Needs Analysis: Conduct in-depth consultations with potential clients to understand their business goals, challenges, and digital requirements.

Solution Selling: Articulate the value proposition of our custom website development, e-commerce solutions, and SEO packages, tailoring proposals to meet specific client needs.

Sales Cycle Management: Manage the entire sales cycle from initial contact and qualification to negotiation, closing deals, and onboarding clients to the project team.

International Client Handling:Comfortably communicate and build relationships with clients in different time zones, understanding cultural nuances in business communication.

Pipeline Management: Maintain a healthy and accurate sales pipeline using our CRM system, ensuring all client interactions are logged and followed up on promptly.

Market Intelligence: Stay updated on the latest trends in web development, digital marketing, and SEO to effectively position our services against competitors.

Who We Are Looking For:

Proven experience of 1-4 years in B2B sales, preferably in IT services, website development, digital marketing, or SEO.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to confidently interact with clients from diverse backgrounds.

A strong understanding of the website development process and SEO fundamentals.

Self-motivated, target-driven, and capable of working independently as well as part of a team.

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and handle rejection positively.

Proficiency in English and Tamil is required. Additional languages are a plus.

Familiarity with CRM software (e.g., HubSpot, Zoho CRM, Salesforce) is desirable.
