Sales Executive - Wedding

As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for selling wedding- related services and packages. You will manage the sales process by showcasing venues, creating proposals, and building relationships to meet sales targets, while also collaborating with operational teams for event execution. You must have strong communication (Arabic), sales skills, and a high level of organization to manage multiple clients and detail

Key Job Responsibilities:

• • Handle banquet and event inquiries (weddings, conferences, social events, corporate functions).
  • Prepare proposals, contracts, and banquet event orders (BEOs).
  • Coordinate with kitchen, F&B, AV, and operations to ensure smooth execution.
  • Conduct site inspections and upsell banquet packages.
  • Maintain client relationships, follow up on leads, and ensure repeat business.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Knowledge of F&B operations and banquet setup.
  • Detail-oriented for contracts, menus, and event logistics.
  • Sales-driven mindset to maximize banquet revenue.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients throughout the sales process.
  • Operate in a safe and environmentally friendly manner to safeguard the health and safety of colleagues, as well as contribute to environmental conservation.
  • Adhere to the company’s environmental, health, and safety procedures and policies.
